Terms of Service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Hub TV, LLC, which operates ChoreoClaim. By creating an account, purchasing a registration, or uploading a video, you agree to them.
1. The Service
ChoreoClaim documents your claim of authorship in a choreographic work. When you register, we record a date stamp, issue a unique content ID, watermark and store your video in a secure digital locker, maintain chain of custody, and issue a Certificate of Authenticity.
2. What Registration Is and Is Not
ChoreoClaim registration is not a federal copyright registration and is not legal advice. It can be used as evidence of your claim of authorship. To pursue full enforcement rights in United States federal court, you must register your work with the United States Copyright Office.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent, guardian, or authorized adult register on your behalf.
4. Fees, Term, and Renewal
- Each individual dance requires a separate registration fee of $9.99.
- Registration is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
- You may renew before expiration at the then-current rate.
- If a registration expires without renewal, the record closes and the stored video file is destroyed.
5. Refunds
Because a registration record, content ID, and certificate are generated immediately upon submission, fees are non-refundable once a registration has been issued. If you paid but never submitted a work, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Duplicate charges are always refunded.
6. Your Content and Ownership
You keep all rights in your choreography and your video. You grant Hub TV, LLC a limited license to store, watermark, back up, and process your video solely to provide the service, verify your claim, and respond to lawful requests. We do not license or distribute your work.
7. Your Warranties
- You are the author of the choreography, or you are authorized to register it on the author's behalf.
- Your submission does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Everyone appearing in your video has consented to being filmed and submitted.
- Any music used is licensed or used with permission where required.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you did not create or receive permission to register. You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or cancel a registration obtained through false statements, without refund.
9. Technical Requirements
Video uploads must meet the format and size requirements shown on the registration form, including the 500 MB per-file limit and accepted file types. We are not responsible for failed submissions caused by files that do not meet these requirements or by interrupted connections.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular legal outcome, court result, platform takedown, or revenue from your registration.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hub TV, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the registration at issue.
12. Termination
You may withdraw a work or close your account at any time. Withdrawal ends storage of your video and does not entitle you to a refund. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
13. Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to Hub TV, LLC through the contact form on our home page.
